Delivery and Returns

How much does postage cost?
- Postage is free! Everyone hates postage charges, don't they?

What service do you use?
- All items are sent 2nd class recorded or by signed courier so will need a signature on delivery.

Do you accept returns?

- Please contact us within 14days of receiving your order if you wish to return your item. Items must be unused and unpersonalised. If your item is faulty/damaged then please contact us ASAP within 48hours of delivery with photographs of the problem. 
- Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer, and unfortunately the postage cost will not be refunded. Return postage for faulty/damaged items will be reimburst.
